Responsibilities of the Craniofacial Fellow

1. The fellow will assist in surgery and clinic.
2. The fellow will be responsible for coordinating the monthly Craniofacial Conference. The purpose of this conference is to discuss interesting and difficult upcoming cases.
3. The fellow will be responsible for any Emergency Room call that the director may be assigned. Provisions will be made for financial reimbursement, specifically, an incentive for patients cared for while on call in the emergency room. ER call averages one day a week and one weekend a month.
4. The fellow will be responsible for inpatient management.

Research is encouraged. Two publications/presentations are expected over the course of the year.
